The elastic layer of synthetic turf:

 

Damping layer made of SBR placed between the synthetic grass and the surface.
There is no sand nor granules of loose SBR.
Easy maintenance, you only need to vacuum the grass.
It is easy to see foreign material on the surface (glass, syringes, etc.)
Easy installation.
In small areas, the flexigreen elastic layer can be supplied in boards of 1 m x 1 m or 4 m x 1 m with several thicknesses.
In bigger areas the application is made with a paver.
It is possible to mark the lines of the games. With this type of grass you can mark multiple games in the same area.
With the flexigreen, the synthetic grass must have a minimum height of 2 cm.

With flexigreen:
with boards or continuously with paver, its density can vary according to the type of the games. The bouncing of the ball can achieve 95 of the stroke, which compares it to fast floors.

The SBR layer absorbs the water of the grass and subsequently transmits moisture to the lawn through evapotranspiration - this allows the lawn to stay wet during its use.
 
 
Flexigreen - the solution for existing fields
 
Some existing game areas have their pavement in asphalt or concrete, a little corroded.
As long as the drainage of the field is supplied, the flexigreen covers the existing faults, creating a new top flat leveled layer which will allow the application of synthetic grass.
